My Wish List: Sephora Shopping Haul!

by Angie <3

Hello everyone and welcome back to “Simply Beauty Blog” by Angie; My Wish List: Sephora! Every time I have a few extra seconds on my computer, I start to just browse. Where does my browsing take me? 10 out of 10 times I end up on the Sephora site! Please tell me I’m not the only one. I love going on either Sephora’s site or on Ulta’s site so that I can see all of the new product releases, drool over makeup, and also read product reviews!

So, since I’m constantly on the Sephora website, I’ve been noticing that the same few products have been catching my eye. These products are the ones I always go back to and am considering picking up the next time I head for a Sephora haul! Hence, the beginning of my wish list! Do you guys have products that have made your Sephora Wish List? After you check out my products, let me know about yours below! 🙂

1) Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette

Call me boring or basic, but I’ve just always been such a sucker for nude eyeshadows! Of course I love a little color here and there, but I’m such a fan of standard nude shadows for a day to day basis. I feel like nudes are more practical and are much more user-friendly; especially for a girl on the go! I’ve had my eye on this gorgeous palette for so long!! Although I was also intrigued by Huda’s New Nude Palette, I really like this mini obsessions palette because of its price point and color story. I feel like although these shades are pretty basic, they’re also very unique, stunning and a must-have in my wish list and makeup collection. The particular palette that I’m drooling over is the Nude Light because I don’t want anything too dramatic on my eyes, but, the other 2 palettes are stunning as well.

my wish list
Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Palette – Nude Light – $29.00

2) KAJA Bento Bouncy Shimmer Eyeshadow Trio

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been pretty interested in this brand. I have no idea why I was always so intrigued, but I think it’s because of their innovative approach to makeup. In case you’re not familiar with this brand, they have a few interesting products unlike any other on the market. For example, they have a heart-stamp cheek blush, as well as a roller highlighter where the applicator looks like a paint roller! Yea, some of their products may seem a little a gimmick-y but I really appreciate their fun approach to makeup. This brings me to this Bento Eyeshadow Trio.

I really like how they offer 3 shadows and also in different options; you can either have all shimmer shades or a mixture of mattes and shimmers. Reading the reviews, customers say how the sparkle is just drool-worthy and I’m such a fan of anything that glitters and shines. The particular trio’s that I have my eye on is either the Rosewater (rose tones all shimmer), Glowing Guava (mauvy pink tones with mattes and shimmers), or the Chocolate Dahlia (neutral cocoa with mattes and shimmers). Definitely a must – have for my wish list!

3) Artist Couture Diamond Lights Finisher

If you can’t tell by now, I’m such a fan of all things shimmer. Shimmer eyeshadows, face highlighters, glitter; bottom line: the shinier, the better! A Beauty Influencer that I’m such a huge fan of (Angela aka MacDaddyy) started his own brand Artist Couture to be the home for all things shine! Although I’ve been fascinated by his highlighters, lip glosses, and shadows, nothing really caught my attention like his Diamond Lights Finisher’s.

This product is a loose shimmering finisher that can be used all over (face, eyes, lips) to add a little extra shine and pop to any look. Personally, I’ve seen how this product can be used all over the eye to add extra dimension to your eye look; and all I can say is WOW! The way that these pearls just catch the light is stunning and definitely a future must-have for me. All of these shades are absolutely gorgeous and there isn’t one that I love more than the others! One of my personal favorites in my wish list!

Artist Couture Diamond Lights Finisher – Nebula – $25.00

4) Briogeo Banana & Coconut Superfoods Shampoo & Conditioner

Aside from being makeup-obsessed (hence my I am writing about my wish list, haha), another obsession of mine is haircare! I love trying out new shampoos; finding ones that work for me and my hair. I’ll admit, I have way more shampoo and conditioner than what I actually need, but what can I say? It’s an obsession of mine!

When it comes to luxury haircare, I’ve always been a fan of the brand Briogeo. I really enjoy how this brand provides luxury products with ingredients that are just so good for your hair. I’ve always wanted to try out this shampoo and conditioner set because it contains many yummy ingredients that are meant to nourish, and hydrate my hair. I have no idea why, but lately my hair has been so dry so this set would just be perfect for me. Plus, it has the scent of coconut and banana… what can be better?!

Briogeo Banana & Coconuts Superfoods Shampoo & Conditioner – $48.00

5) Patrick Ta Major Glow Lip Shine

For as long as I can remember, I’ve never really been a lipstick girl. I always felt like a super matte lip made me feel uncomfortable and it also looked super weird by the end of the day. Not to say I don’t love a matte lipstick once in a while, but that’s super rare for me. So, since I’m not a lipstick fan I’ve been completely obsessed with glosses, balms, and lipsticks with a hydrating formula. I love how glosses and balms just make my lips look super shiny and juicy, and they also don’t look weird by the end of the day! So, when I first heard about this product I just KNEW that I had to have it in my life.

Patrick Ta is a celebrity makeup artist that recently launched his own beauty line at Sephora and was instantly added to my wish list. His first major release had a lip gloss that I feel like was just MADE for me. This product is described to be a gloss that’s high shine, has the slip of a lip balm with zero stickiness; just PURE gorgeous shine. The shade that I’ve had my eye on is “She’s Expensive”, and I can’t wait until my next Sephora haul to pick up this gorgeous product.

Patrick Ta Major Glow Lip Shine – She’s Expensive – $22.00
